I am writing a short letter to express my thanks to you. When my mother retired 17 years ago, she moved to Mexico and for the last 10 years she has been living in Acapulco. When my mother made the decision to move back to the States we met with a couple of realtors, but they did not seem to understand the obstacles involved in trying to find a condo for my mother that would meet all of her desires without her ever getting to view the condo personally.
When I had the good fortune of meeting you, it was unbelievable how quickly you understood our situation and actually showed me condos that would actually meet my mother's needs, rather that just showing condos that were listed with your company. Ranae, you were also very helpful with the financial and title companies as things were more complicated when you are buying property while living out of the country.
My mother was able to buy a condo without ever viewing the condo in person and when she saw her new condo for the first time she said "This is perfect, this is exactly what I wanted." Ranae, with your help everything went so smoothly for my mom's move from Acapulco to Mt. Vernon that we both want to thank you for everything that you have done for us.

Ranae was a great realtor. She sold our house in two days! That was phenomenal considering the market right now. Ranae was very professional, but also felt like having family working for us. She was very caring and understanding of our needs. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
